Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 68-year-old woman who was referred for first-time ablation of symptomatic paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF).Topics discussed include selection of a single catheter approach to mapping and ablation, disclosure of a left-sided superior vena cava (LSVC) draining into a markedly dilated coronary sinus (CS) and deployment of nMARQ Catheter System in the LSVC for targeting markedly fractionated signals in bipolar and unipolar energy delivery configurations.
