Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 64-year-old woman with history of hypertension, was admitted to a hospital due to exertional dyspnoea and pitting oedema and undergone electrocardiogram which revealed an aneurysm under the posterior mitral leaflet and was treated using median sternotomy.
