Design for paraplegia: Preparing product design specifications for a wheelchair.

The article presents a study which discusses how to prepare for product design specifications (PDS) products used by people with paraplegia (impaired lower-limb functions) such as the wheelchair. The study uses questionnaire/interview and observation methods, functional analysis, and Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 20 to determine the relationship between the information from the users and from the products. Results show that PDS will be based on users and products.
