Abstract
- The article describes the British National Health Service's (NHS) Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) as a new sector-wide initiative that will tackle race inequality within the entire NHS workforce following evidence of the link between the treatment of Black and Ethnic Minority (BAEM) staff and patient care.
