Growing Up a Flaneur.

The article offers the author's insight on his experience of growing up wandering across the streets, stores and parks as a boy while taking mental notes as he was not able to articulate or write his experiences. He shares his life while attending a municipal college in Harlem, New York City, with his interest and collection to the neighborhood life and streets started to fade. He mentions the book "A Philosophy of Walking," by Frédéric Gros which reflect his walks.
