Abstract

The article presents a study on the effect of p-toluene sulfonic acid/dimethyl sulfoxide (PTSA/DMSO) treatment on spin-coated PEDOT:PSS/c-Si heterojunction solar cells. It says that PTSA/DMSO treatment resulted in the rearrangement of PEDOT particles owing to phase separation and removal of the PSS matrix throughout depth of the film. It indicates that the stability of the photovoltaic performance for air storage and light soaking was improved for PTSA/DMSO-treated devices.
