The Worcestershire Prostate Cancer Survivorship Programme: patient needs at a community-based centre.

The article discusses the author's yearly Survivorship Conference where 91 questionnaires were filled out by prostate cancer survivors with majority of patients stating that they do not need advice on physical fitness, side effects of treatment and sexual concerns. Most of them however requested information on their condition to be available and information on new developments in prostate cancer and information on side effects which they were happy to receive in a community-based setting.
