Abstract
- The article defines the elements that make up what the author calls eco-liberation as a renewal of radical environmentalism, which include biocentrism, deep ecology, anti-oppression and solidarity. It outlines the breakdown of mass extinctions in biodiversity including the melting nuclear power plants, exploding refineries, and removed mountain tops, as well as global enslavement, genocide and bird migration. The impact of decolonization on eco-liberation is also noted.
