Abstract
- The article focuses on the National Death Penalty Archive (NDPA) present at the University at Albany and its historical value in future research and study. It mentions about the past of death penalty laws, functions, history which are worth preserving. Other topics include repository of NDPA which has capital punishment materials created by University's School of Criminal Justice and University libraries, papers by academicians including David Baldus, Michael Mello and Michael Radelet.
