Autos without vehicle papers - Rule flout with impunity.

The article discusses the autos of Calcutta metropolitan who runs without any valid papers including permits and driving licences. This doesn't seem to be an issue as they believe that they have the support of their union by the Indian National Trinamul Trade Union Congress. The passengers of the South Calcutta complained the auto drivers to be rash and stopping the journey midway. This problem raised after the Calcutta High Court refused to issue new autorickshaw permits within Calcutta.
