Abstract
- The article presents a case study of the application of endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)-guided antigrade bile-duct stone (BDS) treatment followed by direct peroral transhepatic cholangioscopy in an 80-year-old patient with Roux-en-Y reconstruction. The patient is presented with a BDS and a history of total gastrectomy. It suggests that the stone extraction technique combined with EUS-guided antegrade cholangiography and cholagioscopy (ACC) should be considered as treatment for BDS.
