Abstract
- Informing employees about the negative effects they can expect a union would have on their communication with management is often a strong argument against a union. As such, a union will be quick to bring an unfair labor practice (ULP) charge against the company's statements on this topic. This editorial offers guidance on the current National Labor Relations Board's views on lawful versus unlawful management communications in this important area. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
