An Unusual Case of Neonatal Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis Presenting with Diffuse Hemorrhagic Nodules and a Cutaneous Abdominal Mass.

The article presents the case of a 2-day-old boy who suffers from respiratory distress and with diffuse hemorrhagic cutaneous nodules and a big mass on the right flank to discuss a unique case of neonatal Langerhams cell histiocytosis (LCH). He was successfully treated with systemic therapy comprising of methotrexate, systemic steroid, and vincristine.
