Rescue percutaneous coronary intervention immediately following coronary artery bypass grafting.

Perioperative graft failure after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) can result in acute myocardial infarction with dire clinical consequences. We report a case of rescue percutaneous coronary intervention immediately after unsuccessful CABG.
