Abstract
- The article discusses a study which investigated the implementation of integrated emotion-oriented care (IEOC) in psychogeriatric nursing home wards. Staff from 16 wards were trained to work with a standardized care plan before the experimental period. It was concluded that the implementation of IEOC was effective.
