New Whitman board deals with rejection.

The article reports on the emergency meeting, held by a new board elected to run the Whitman-Radclyff Foundation and almost immediately rejected by the foundation's interim directors, in Los Angeles, California in February 4, 1973. The group elected the Reverend Freda Smith, assistant pastor of Sacramento Metropolitan Community Church, as Chairwoman. It was decided in the meeting that the board would obtain the foundation's papers of incorporation and published minutes from Sacramento to determine its legal status.
