Abstract
- The article reports on the two-day visit by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry in Sri Lanka in May 2015. Topics discussed include the importance of the visitation by Kerry in promoting the democracy restoration by the government of Sri Lanka, the insights of Lisa Curtis, senior research fellow at the Asian Studies Center on the impacts of Kerry's visit in Sri Lanka to promote the relationship of the two countries, and the political history in the country.
