Introduction to the Symposium on the Integration of the Arts Into Leadership Studies.

Information about several papers discussed at a symposium on integration of arts into the leadership studies is presented. Topics discussed includes art-based initiatives taken for preparing future leaders, usage of poetry and metaphor for enabling leaders to make ethical decisions and role played by arts in teaching a leader about careful observation. The symposium featured several associate professors including Steven Taylor, William Van Buskirk and Michael London.
