Abstract

Subjects completed seven trials of a computerized air traffic controller task. Behavioral modeling was given (early, late, or not at all) during skill acquisition. Modeling increased self-efficacy, expected scores, and performance. Early modeling had an effect on self-efficacy while later modeling influenced goals and expectations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
