Abstract

The synthesis, surface ligand stripping, and infrared optoelectronic device application of NaYF<subscript>4</subscript>:Yb,Er–MoS<subscript>2</subscript> nanocomposites are reported. NaYF<subscript>4</subscript>:Yb,Er–MoS<subscript>2</subscript> film shows an unusual negative infrared photoresponse after SOCl<subscript>2</subscript>/DMF treatment, which exhibits more than two times the photoresponsivity of pure NaYF<subscript>4</subscript>:Yb,Er, showing great potential for the development of novel infrared optoelectronic devices.
