- Reports on the controversy concerning a 14-year-old newspaper carrier in Wellington, New Zealand who undertook a personal censorship campaign against the weekly paper he worked for, the Palmerston North publication. Newspaper carrier Stuart Roxburgh's refusal to deliver copies of the weekly paper because of a front-page story about lesbianism.
