The association between attributions of responsibility for motor vehicle accidents and patient satisfaction: a study within a no-fault injury compensation system.

The article presents a study which examines the relationship between patient satisfaction with personal injury compensation systems and attributions for responsibility for motor vehicle accidents. A survey data from people compensated under a no-fault personal injury compensation system was analyzed. Patient satisfaction was examined across five domains including resolves patient's issues, treats patient as an individual, and overall satisfaction. The results are outlined.
