Civil Society and Personal Non-Property Rights.

Annotation. The article is aimed at determining the role of law as an important regulator of relations in the context of civil society in Ukraine. The features of both civil law and its impact on the regulation of social relations are studied. Special attention is paid to the analysis of approaches embodied in the Civil Code of Ukraine to cover personal non-property rights. The relationship between respect for human rights as the basic principle of civil society and implementation of the institute of personal non-property rights in the civil legislation of Ukraine is emphasized.
