Abstract
- The article discusses a study which examined the how the gender composition of top earners in the U.S. has changed over the last three decades. Topics covered include the representation of women in the top earnings group, the age group wherein lifetime top earners recorded faster earnings growth, and the factors behind the rise in the share of females among top earners.
