Abstract
- An interview with former U.S. Secretary of the Navy, John F. Lehman, Jr., is presented. When asked about his military career, he refers to a childhood ambition which he rowed competitively with several degrees. Lehman thinks that the Defense Commission has made the country safer. Lehman urges to rebuild the human intelligence and special operations.
