Abstract

The author discusses the aspects of design and implementation of behavior change interventions and the techniques used for meta-analyses of randomised controlled trials. The author is critical of limitations in the analysis of single behavior change techniques (BCTs) and notes the methods of behavior change. Also investigated is Great Britain's public health guidance on behavior change by National Institute of Health and Care Excellence's (NICE).
