Abstract: The article examines the effect of Piscirickettsia salmonis inoculation on the ASK continuous cell line in Coho Salmons in salmonid species in the South Pacific Ocean in Chile. The research explores the Piscirickettsia salmonis bacteria exposure to infectivity assays wherein titration of ASK cell supernatants were detected. It conclude that ASK cells were permissive to the Piscirickettsia salmonis infection.
