Abstract
- The core–shell structure of RuO<subscript>2</subscript>–Co<subscript>3</subscript>O<subscript>4</subscript> fibers comprising the inner region of highly conductive RuO<subscript>2</subscript> and the outer region of catalytic Co<subscript>3</subscript>O<subscript>4</subscript> provided a fast and effective transport pathway for holes to O<subscript>2</subscript>-evolving sites, leading to a highly efficient water oxidation performance.
