Abstract

In order to solve problems of serious strata behaviors and deformation of roadway in Shuguang Mine the paper studied the stability of roadway by optimizing grouting parameters and used the combined support of anchor cable and grouting with deep and shallow holes to support weak coal sides of roadway. The results showed that grouting reinforcement in weak coal sides could promote the broken surrounding rock to form a whole structure and improve the self-bearing capacity and reduce the bearing pressure of roadway roof. The grouting combined with deep and shallow holes could close the shallow surrounding rock and form effective tension point of anchor cable in deep surrounding rock. The roadway deformation of grouting in two sides decreased about 50% compared with grouting in one side and decreased about 85% compared with original support method.
