Promoting palliative care in the community: Production of the primary palliative care toolkit by the European Association of Palliative Care Taskforce in primary palliative care.

The article offers information on a study concerning the promotion and development of palliative care in communities by the European Association Care Taskforce. It mentions the survey to detect barriers and opportunities in developing of health policies and practices of palliative care in communities. It shows that the inability to identify palliative care patients in the community was a major barrier for health care development.
