Abstract
- The article reports on the proposal of $200 million Skywheel at Discovery Point in San Diego, California. The project is said to include a 400-foot Ferris wheel and an adjacent cultural pavilion and museum on the downtown San Diego waterfront. The California Coastal Commission has sent the projects back to the Port of San Diego for revisions before an approval will be made.
