Abstract

Significant enhancement in the power conversion efficiency of an organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell was achieved by the use of suitably doped poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) (P3HT) spin coated on a 99.5% void-free perovskite layer prepared on a TiO<subscript>x</subscript> electron-transporting layer.
