Abstract: The article presents notices of the rules and regulations issued by the different U.S. government agencies in December 14, 2014. The rules include amendment to the stream protection rule of the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement, suspension of the Hours of Service rules of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and changes to production certificates and approvals of the Federal Aviation Administration.
