[Results of the surgical treatment of acute hemorrhoidal thrombosis].

For an acute thrombosis of hemorrhoids Milligan-Morgan operation was conducted in 50 patients and hemorrhoidectomy using mechanical staplers--in 49. The results of hemorrhoidectomy using suturing apparatuses are better than in Milligan-Morgan method.
