Abstract: In vitro perfusions of the fetal part of 15 placentas were performed. An arterial system was singularly injected by 0.75 mg of PGE2 (Prostin-Upjohn). Persistent effect of a perfusion pressure increase reflecting the placenta vessels resistance was observed.
