Abstract: Glomus tumors are benign vascular tumors usually located in the fingertip dermis. Extracutaneous glomus tumors are extremely rare. A new case of sino-nasal glomangioma is reported and both clinical and histological features and biological behavior of glomus tumors in this exceptional site are described.
