Abstract
- Peptide analogs of the N-terminal portion of fibrin alpha-chain were prepared and their inhibitory effects on fibrinogen/thrombin clotting were examined. Of the synthetic peptides, H-Gly-Pro-Arg-Pro-Pro-NH2 exhibited the most potent inhibitory effect.
