Abstract: An unusual case of granulocytic sarcoma developing at the site of a previous cerebral hemorrhage in a patient with acute myelogenous leukemia in complete hematological remission is presented. The pathogenesis of the tumor growth at this site and its relevance to the antecedent hemorrhage are discussed.
