Abstract: A case of juxtacortical chondromyxoid fibroma in a 31-year-old man was reported. Proof of the diagnosis was obtained by an open biopsy. The histopathology of chondromyxoid fibroma was discussed at length. The radiographic appearances and the differential diagnosis were also described.
