Abstract: Pleural dissemination was suspected in a 39-year-old woman with pulmonary adenocarcinoma. Thoracofiberscopy provided the preoperative exact diagnosis of pleural dissemination and the following prepare operative procedure. Thoracofiberscopy is effective for the diagnosis of pleural dissemination and the selection of operative methods in patients with pulmonary cancer.
