Abstract: The present report summarizes the results of a study by computerized tomography (CT) in a child suffering from congenital bilateral anophthalmos and slight mental deficiency. The CT images suggest that this case can be classified as primary anophthalmos. We report a case of suspected congenital bilateral anophthalmos whom we investigated by computerized tomography (CT). A thorough examination of the brain and intraorbital contents was carried out.
