Abstract: Clinical and histological features of idiopathic calcinosis of the scrotum are presented; calcium deposits are never associated with epithelial or connective tissue alterations. Identical lesions may arise in the skin at large; discrepancies and similitudes with cutaneous calculi are underlined.
