Abstract
- Experiments in white mice have demonstrated an increase in the levels of damaged leukocytes in the body and in leukopoietic activity of the blood serum after primary immunization. An increase in the content of leukocyte decomposition products in the body, induced by the injection of neutrophil lysate, stimulated antibody formation in mice and enhanced phagocytic and cytotoxic activity of the peritoneal exudate macrophages in rats.
