[Surgical and functional results in partial surgery of the piriform sinus].

The authors remind surgical technique and indications of the hemipharyngolaryngectomy for treatment of hypopharyngeal carcinoma. About 20 cases, functionnal postoperative disorders with their causes and their treatment are exposed.
