Abstract
- The efficacy of potassium orotate (200 mg/kg), hyperbaric oxygenation (3 at. abs, totally six 50-minute sessions) and their combinations was studied in experiments on 150 rabbits. According to polarography, analysis of the level of nucleic acids and pathomorphological changes, the best effect can be achieved by combined use of potassium orotate and hyperbaric oxygenation. However, even under these circumstances the cardiac activity is not completely recovered on day 14 after the treatment is commenced.
