Abstract: The case of a 67-year old male patient with allergic granulomatous angiitis (Churg-Strauss syndrome) is reported. In the case report the typical symptoms of Churg-Strauss syndrome, the therapeutic possibilities (immunosuppression, plasmapheresis) and the differential diagnosis are discussed.
