Abstract: A patient with celiac disease and the unusual features of transiently elevated sweat chlorides, reversible exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, symptomatic hypocalcemia/hypomagnesemia, and transient secondary hypoparathyroidism is presented along with a brief discussion of the physiologic mechanisms thought to underlie their development.
