Abstract: Telecare is a telehealth practice open to medical auxiliaries and pharmacists. In semi-structured interviews, nurses shared their experiences. The results show that new skills are being mobilized to meet the needs of diabetic patients. However, there are still obstacles to be overcome, such as a lack of digital skills and organizational and technical difficulties, which need to be taken into account if we are to continue deploying this practice.<br /> (Copyright © 2024 Elsevier Masson SAS.
