Abstract: Cardiac granulomatosis with polyangiitis is a rare necrotizing vasculitis impacting small to medium vessels. We present a case of granulomatosis with polyangiitis causing acute aortic valve regurgitation. Imaging reveals valve thickening, inflammation without destruction.
