Abstract
- A gas-penetrable electrode (GPE) composed of a Bi nanosheet array-wrapped Cu hollow fiber (Bi NSAs@Cu HF) is rationally designed and utilized for efficient electrocoupling of CO <subscript>2</subscript> and N <subscript>2</subscript> to produce urea with a yield of 79 μg h <superscript>-1</superscript> cm <superscript>-2</superscript> , a faradaic efficiency (FE <subscript>urea</subscript> ) of 6.8%, and excellent cycling stability at -0.2 V vs. reversible hydrogen electrode (RHE).
